Cristiano Ronaldo suspended for two games
Cristiano Ronaldo was punished with two-match ban, following the launch of Sunday's game on which hitted Malaga defender Patrick Mtiliga.
The Royal Spanish Football Federation also fined Ronaldo for 600 euros as "dangerous game".
Mtiliga suffered a broken nose, and the Portuguese international was sent off on 70 minutes.
Real Madrid, who was also punished with a 180 euros fine, can appeal the punishment.
The suspension will prevent Cristiano Ronaldo to align front of Deportivo Coruna on Saturday, and to the meeting with the Spanish of Barcelona.
The Portuguese international has signed two goals within four
minutes (35 and 39), but eventually collected to the showers of Bernabeu
at 70', after a nudge on Patrick Mtiliga.
