Sp. Braga: Vandinho 3 months suspended
Portuguese League's Disciplinary Commission suspended Vandinho for three months while their companions Mossoró and Ney (now on loan to Vitória FC) were punished by 3 and 2 games, respectively.
The punishments follows on the incidents at home to Benfica on 9th Matchday, at the tunnel's entrance and within it, in the range of the meeting, as the assistant coach of Benfica, Raul José, claimed to have been attacked by Vandinho.
