Europe League: Skrtel and Fabio Aurelio aren't recovered for Benfica
Liverpool will only visit the Stadium of Light in over a week (April 1), but Rafa Benitez, the English emblem coach, already has two players dropped.
Martin Skrtel and Fabio Aurelio still recovering from injuries, and will not be ready in time to face Benfica, in the first leg of League Europe's quarter-finals.
Their presence in the second hand is also dubious.
"Both are still injured and will need some time. It is a matter of weeks. It depends on each one," said the coach, quoted by the club's website.
Skrtel suffered a metatarsal's fracture on 25 February, and Fabio Aurelio was injured in the leg three days later. Since then they are out of options for Rafa Benitez.
