R. Madrid dismisses Pellegrini and will hire Mourinho

The Real Madrid's president, Florentino Perez, announced today the termination of contract with the coach Manuel Pellegrini, and reinforced the desire to hire the Portuguese coach.

Jose Mourinho should become the new coach of Real Madrid but has yet to resolve contractual issues with Inter Milan, said Florentino Perez today.
The Portuguese coach has contract signed with the Italian club until 2012 and the termination clause costs 16 million.

Florentino Perez said today that Real Madrid are just waiting for Mourinho and Inter to resolve their outstanding contractual issues to proceed with the hiring of the Portuguese.

"We are convinced that we need a breath of fresh air, and that Jose Mourinho is the ideal person for the job," Perez said at a press conference in Madrid, quoted by Reuters.

The coach is getting closer to joining Ronaldo and Kaka, two of the most expensive stars in the world of football.
The Portuguese international had even already expressed the interest in working with Jose Mourinho.

Jose Mourinho's contract with Real Madrid should be of 40 million euros for four seasons.
