Jesualdo on top of list of Panathinaikos

The Portuguese coach J. Ferreira, is, according to the Greek press, in top the list of referenced coaches to take over Panathinaikos.

Recently fired coach of the Malaga, Jesualdo constitutes together with Gasperini, formerly by Genoa, and with Eduardo, one of the leading names to take the job.
Still a third hypothesis, which will undergo a coach with some years of experience in the Spanish League, being name to reveal.

In comments to Lusa, the 64 years-old coach has admitted being among a list of coaches to succeed Nick Nioplias but noted not to have been contacted so far.
"I know I'm on a list of coaches, but nobody from Panathinaikos contacted me " he said.

Panathinaikos Nioplias recently laid off, and the 71-year-old Polish Jacek Gmoch, tooked over as interim coach.

According to the Greek press, Carlos Freitas (former Braga), sports director of the Athens' emblem, may have a role in the final decision, seeking a "coach with the statute."
