Benfica Stars, Zidane's Friends, and 50 thousand people were the protagonists of football's game of charity, for the victims of earthquake in Haiti, at the Stadium of Light.

The Stars of Benfica and Friends of Zidane drew this Monday, 3 to 3 on a charity football game for the victims of earthquake in Haiti, at Stadium of Light, in Lisbon.
The revenue of this game reached, according the organization, the 2 million euro.

In this seventh edition of "Match Against Poverty", the Lisbon stadium received some 50 000 spectators, which could see many football pictures into leisure rhythm, including the Italian referee Pierluigi Collina or former Benfica footballers such Matts Magnusson, Fabrizio Miccoli, Rui Costa, Humberto Coelho, Mozer, Valdo, Chalana, Shéu or Nene, among others.

The visitors relied on Figo, Pauleta and Fernando Couto and other foreign superstars like Henry or Kaka, and the Haitian of Leixoes, Sonny, and were the first to score through the Brazilian Kaka, who taxed four opponents, including Benfica's goalkeeper Quim, before opening the scoring on 15 minutes.

Benfica All Stars, driven by Rui Costa and the much applauded Miccoli, went round the scoring with two goals from Nuno Gomes, before the break.

In the second half, Robert Pires back to tie the contest, but was soon Eder Luis to restore Benfica's advantage.
At end and as always in these matches, the result would eventually be a draw, leaving to Bhutia to point the night's last goal.
