Hulk and Sapunaru with another process
"Alleged violation of the process secret" is the justification of the Disciplinary Commission of League to support the initiation of disciplinary proceedings to FcPorto players Hulk and Sapunaru, the referee Lucilio Baptista and SAD of Benfica and F. C. Porto.

C. Porto and Benfica, based on "alleged breach of confidentiality before the disciplinary proceedings No. 34-09/10."
Lucilio Baptista, the referee of Benfica-F. C. Porto said, eight days ago that one of his aides had already been heard in the league, and has been for this reason that the CA decided to act.
F. C. Porto SAD, is quoted "as the sports society from the defendants [Hulk and Sapunaru] and so, recipient of the notifications."
With regard to Benfica, the action of CA is due to the fact that they have been reported in the press, images of the confusion in the tunnel of "Luz".
The statement issued yesterday of "exceptional" disclosure , about the introduction of these processes, is in order to give a "public awareness of CA's conduct.
