Rolling in Manchester United's sights

F. C. Porto's central defender Rolando is a target of Manchester United. The team coached by Sir Alex Ferguson appears willing to pay 20 million euros.

The news was made in England by the "Daily Mail".
According to the British tabloid, Alex Ferguson is reluctant to pay 30 million euros, whereby the central defender is estimated by F. C. Porto, but seems convinced that's able to take Roland to Manchester by 20 million.

Rolando is "well known" from Ferguson's former assistant Carlos Queiroz, who called him to the Portuguese selection, says the Daily Mail. "Can Form a strong double with another target for United, Bruno Alves," adds tabloid that, in claiming the "good games" in the "Champions" stoking up Ferguson's interest.

Manchester United is aware of market to prevent Nemanja Vidic's possible departure, pointed at Barcelona, and in order to have an alternative, also to Rio Ferdinand, recently plagued by injuries.
