Bosingwa out of the World-Cup 2010

Another huge headache for Carlos Queiroz. After Pepe, the National Teams defense is deprived of one of its best side, José Bosingwa.

José Bosingwa da Silva lives at age 27, one of the worst phases of his career.

First, the operation he underwent in last year's autumn allowed Branislav Ivanovic to grab the ownership in right-back at Chelsea.
Now, less than one hundred days of the World Cup, the news forward by London club's official website, leaves no room for doubt: he will need to be again operated his left knee.

José Bosingwa is so hopelessly removed from the lot of twenty-three players, that Carlos Queiroz will take to the World-Cup 2010, South Africa.

Also failed to third time an appearance on the biggest stages of selections, after the World Cup in Germany (2006) and the European Austria-Switzerland (2008).

It's not the first nor the second time that Queiroz can complain on the Portuguese athletes' knees: Pepe has seriously injured the ligaments in his right knee this season, and already the captain Cristiano Ronaldo was forced to prolonged stop, due complaints in the same area.
