Raul Meireles to Liverpool for 13 million euros

Raul Meireles is now a Liverpool player. FC Porto sent to CMVM(commission market and securities ) the player's transfer to Liverpool in a statement referring the 'release, at final term, of all sport rights of (...) player Raul Meireles by the value of thirteen million. "

The statement of the Sports Society FCPorto adds that "agreement on this transfer may involve future payments, depending on the sporting performance" of the English club.

Almost at the same time that FC Porto gave notice of transfer to the CMVM, Liverpool also announced it their site, adding that the player's contract is valid for four seasons. Liverpool state, however, that the value agreed with FC Porto for the transfer is 14 million.
